Terms of Service

1. General information only — not legal advice

The content on this website (including landing pages, FAQs, articles, and forms) is provided for general information purposes only. It is not legal advice, and it does not create a consultant-client or solicitor-client relationship between you and CAN·MIGRATE or any individual representative.

2. No guaranteed outcome

No outcome is guaranteed. Immigration eligibility, approval timelines, and decisions are determined by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other government authorities, and depend on your individual circumstances and the evidence on file. We do not promise approval, processing times, or any specific result.

3. Authorized representation

Where paid Canadian immigration advice or representation is required, it will be provided only by an authorized representative as defined under Canadian law — a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) or a member in good standing of a Canadian provincial law society. Submitting the form on this site does not by itself establish such a representation relationship.

4. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information on our forms. Misrepresentation to immigration authorities can have serious consequences under Canadian law.

5. Use of the site

You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, submit automated requests, or upload unlawful, infringing, or sensitive third-party information without authorization.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
