Current immigration status
Permit expiry date (if provided)
Free-text description of your situation
The target service you selected
Timestamp of your consent
The page on our site you submitted the form from
Your preferred site language

2. Information you must NOT submit through this form

Please do not upload or paste passport scans, permit documents, SIN, banking statements, IRCC account credentials, or any other sensitive identification or financial documents through the public consultation form. If we need these documents to evaluate or progress your file, we will collect them securely after consultation through a separate, authenticated channel.

3. Analytics

We use website analytics to understand which pages and pathways visitors use. Analytics events (for example, CTA clicks and form submissions) include only non-personal metadata such as the source page path and the service category. Your name, email, phone, permit expiry date, current status, and free-text message are NEVER sent to analytics providers.

4. Bot protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our consultation form to distinguish humans from automated submissions. Turnstile may process limited technical signals (such as IP and browser characteristics) solely to issue or verify a challenge token.

5. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your consultation request, evaluate your eligibility for the services you asked about, and contact you about next steps. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Storage and access

Submissions are stored in our secured backend. Access is restricted to authorized staff (administrators, licensed consultants, case managers, and documentation officers) for the purpose of responding to your request and managing your file.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information by contacting us at the email address listed on our site.
