Entry Level & Semi-Skilled (ELSS)
For NOC C / TEER 4–5 workers in tourism, hospitality, food processing and long-haul trucking. Requires a permanent BC job offer and typically 9 months of full-time experience with the employer.

Can I switch employers after nomination?
Nomination is tied to the supporting job offer. Switching jobs after nomination but before PR usually invalidates the nomination unless re-issued by the province.
How long does BC PNP take?
Skills Immigration: 2–3 months for provincial nomination, then 6–8 months at federal stage. Entrepreneur: 6–18 months to nomination after performance milestones.
